There was a heroin epidemic at the time,one of epidemic preportions. Purportedly. Punctuality my good man, punctuality is all about good timing. Tenacious timing of purportedly epidemic preportions. Perhaps......I purposely pondered the value of perusing through a predominantly peer pressured periodical.....Naaaaaaaah Saaaaaaaayin.
