Yesterday the stove in my humble basement suit (the pile) stopped working.

but twice leaving water pouring threw the light fixtures into the kitchen.
Along with the problems is the bathtub that was clogged for 2 months last year having to bucket water out of the damn thing every time you wanted a shower.
It was named "the swamp".
